Aerobic exercises are a great way to burn fat and lose weight. Walking and jogging are two such exercises that you can do from home without the need to go to a gym. Begin with a 5-minute warm-up. Always make sure to reach your target heart rate gradually, starting at the lower end. By doing it this way, the fat reduction will take place effectively. This aerobic activity should be performed for at least 20 minutes followed by a cool down for 3-5 minutes.
Apart from these aerobic activities there has to be a certain discipline involved in your exercise regime. It is a good idea to invest in an exercise bike. You can ride it while watching TV so it won't feel like real exercise, thus helping to keep your focus away from "exercise". An important element when talking about how to lose weight by exercising at home is a combination of strength training and aerobics. These include push-ups for the upper body and squats for your lower body.
Begin a daily regimen of all theses exercises, at least 3-4 days of the week and watch yourself lose the unhealthy fat and weight off your body.
